Return Policy & Restrictions

Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of your delivery date except Last Chance Items
Returned merchandise must be unused and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging to ensure a full refund or credit
Shipping Charges are non-refundable
Refunds will be made within 7-10 days after merchandise had been received
All shipping charges on returns must be prepaid by the customer and may be shipped by the carrier of choice. Please track your return as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
To obtain a return authorization please call 1-404-327-8008 or return may be refused.
Return merchandise must have been purchased via the David Jeffery Retail website. Purchases through retail stores must be returned to the store in which the merchandise was purchased.

Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of your delivery date.

Damaged merchandise not reported within 2 days of delivery date may not be returned.
